Last week, the ShopStyle team invited me to Napa Valley. I hadn’t been to wine country for years so immediately jumped at the opportunity. Previously, I’ve driven up from LA. So it was super cool to be able to hop a quick flight on Alaska Airlines straight to Sonoma.
We stayed at Solage, an Augerge resort in Napa Valley. The hotel was incredible! I wanted to round up some of my favorite parts in case you’re planning a stay in wine country soon.
Cozy Spots Galore
My favorite part about the resort were all the cozy spots. I would sit by the fireplace enjoying a glass of wine while staring into the fall leaves. Fall is chilly in Napa but with all the fireplaces and heat lamps I often found myself without a coat while sitting outside.
Each cottage comes with a bicycle, so you can easily ride around the resort. ShopStyle took it one step further by personalizing ours! Adding a basket of fresh flowers to the bikes made for the most gorgeous rides.
I couldn’t get over how nice everyone was! My favorite moment was when I called for room service, I was told my breakfast would arrive at 8:26. It was there on the dot. I sipped green juice every morning but my friend said the gluten free lemon ricotta pancakes were to die for.
We found ourselves hanging at Sol Bar throughout our stay. Being in wine country, the wine was obviously spectacular. But I ended up sipping cocktails more. They whipped up such innovative drinks! My favorite was a rose flavored cocktail. It was served over an ice cube with a real rose, fresh from Solage’s gardens.
An Instagram Worthy Spa
If you visit the spa, I highly recommend the mudslide treatment. You get to pick a signature scented mud and visit various rooms applying the treatment, resting in a salt bath and then relaxing in a sound chair. I had never experienced anything like it! The spa itself is also gorgeous. Between the white texture and blush accents, I felt as if my new apt was transformed into a relaxing getaway.
Thanks to the ShopsStyle team for an amazing stay! I’ll have more photos coming up soon sharing what we did outside the resort. And you can check out my friends’ blogs, too, for more pics: Viva Luxury, Devon Rachel, and Angel Food Style.

Oh my, you are looking absolutely charming here! Beautiful ruffled blouse, it’s definitely a wonderful piece. 🙂
Aw thanks so much Natali!
You are welcome Sydne! :*
This all sounds like so much fun! It looks like the most charming little spot to spend time and your napa style was so cute!
Beautiful place, outfits and pictures 😉
Oh those red booties! They are to die for.
Cool bikes, this is a great way to get around! We usually plan everything and rent a car in advance on priceline, in addition, now there is a promo: https://www.couponlab.com/store/priceline/ for a discount car rental. We also like to travel to interesting places, you don’t go out much on your feet, but you want to see everything, especially if you only came for the weekend.
Nice, check this https://www.h2hubwatches.com/collections/seiko-premier/ watches
I like the bikes you rode, very cool looking! We always rent a car to travel around the city minimally, because we came on vacation ourselves, we don’t like excursions, and we are too lazy to walk))) So auto was the best option. We rented a car in a very good service https://rentluxecar.com/, no questions asked. The car is in clean condition, well-groomed, without any damage or breakage.
This valley is truly a delightful place, I love wine very much and admire its history. Perhaps you also love the history of winemaking and I would like to recommend you to visit Portland wine tours . We were there just recently and we really liked it, there is an indescribable atmosphere
