I love when pieces combine both fashion and comfort. In collaboration with JCPenney, I wanted to introduce you to the smocked top trend. I instantly smiled when I slipped on this gingham top (it also comes in blue with rainbow stripes and a black floral print). The style cinches up top then flows over the body, allowing you to show off a little shape but still remain comfortable from day to night.
You can run your errands with ease, picking up fresh spring flowers, and even stop for ice cream along the way. Thanks to the roomy style you don’t have to worry about bloat!
JCPenney has such stylish pieces at great value. My entire look is from the one-stop shop! I paired the smocked top with ankle jeans that have just the right amount of stretch. Being 5’3, I also love that I didn’t need to hem them to show off my ruffle sandals.
To bring out the red of my shoes, I tapped into to another huge trend for spring: the transparent handbag. Yes, plastic is chic! I thought this clear bag was a fun way to remind my self of this year’s promise to increase self love in my life. And I certainly love that the handbag is priced to buy!
