One of my favorite fall classics is a cardigan. I remember my mom wearing long cardigans when I was a kid and I always thought they looked so chic. A cardigan makes any casual outfit look more polished. I went for a double denim look. And I put my mom in jeans and a classic turtleneck. Loafers are a huge fall trend. A cardigan can be used for any type of work dress code. For more business dress codes, you use a cardigan instead of a jacket over a button-down and slacks. If you’re in a more creative field, you can layer a cardigan over corduroys and boots, like my outfit.
