On Day 5 of 12 Days of Holiday Style, we’re chatting about what to wear to a holiday brunch. During the holidays, my girlfriends and I often do a Sunday brunch. We’ll exchange gifts, sip rosé and have hours and hours of girl talk. When it comes to outfit ideas for a holiday brunch, I love florals. You can never go wrong with a floral print. And unlike a solid color, the pattern hides any stains in case you accidentally spill your French toast!
To make thing more festive, I went for a floral velvet dress. Velvet is a huge trend for the holiday season and instantly makes things a little more festive. For shoes, booties or over the knee boots keep things a little more daytime. Just make sure to go for a chunky heel. A stiletto boot is a little too much for an afternoon affair.
