It took me a couple of years but I finally gave in to the white booties trend. I don’t know why I hesitated for so long. I loved how the boot trend looked on other women. But I could never find a pair in my price range that I liked enough to take the plunge. Finally, while doing some Black Friday sales shopping, I stumbled upon white booties that featured my fave trend of 2018: Western. Plus, these white booties were on sale for only $49.50. So it seemed like a no brainer!
The verdict? I’m thrilled I finally gave in to the trend! There is something so fresh about a white pair of boots with denim. As you’ve probably noticed in this series, I’ve been wearing them non stop. But this is the first outfit I tried out with the trend. It’s one of my go-to classics: a black cashmere sweater and dark denim. Basic? Yes. But I don’t see anything wrong with basics that fit perfectly and bring a smile to your face. And basics (or as I prefer to call them, classics) are anything but boring when you add in a pair of white booties.
