In this week’s Styling with Sydne episode, I wanted to show different ways to style paperbag waist shorts. There are two reasons I love paperbag waists. One, is they’re very flattering, especially if you want to create or enhance an hourglass silhouette. They’re generally high waisted, which allows you to tuck in your top or wear a crop top. And most of them come with a belt, which is perfect for cinching your waist.
The second reason is they’re super comfy! They’re usually looser on the hips (great if you have a booty!) and if you indulge in that summer bbq, you can always loosen the tie waist. Mine are from Guess and unfortunately sold out online. But you might be able to find them in your local store. I also rounded up some similar options in various colors below…
