My collection of pearl earrings keeps growing. I now have a pair in every size… and I wear all pairs equally! Sometimes I want to go small, so I reach for my pearl studs or huggies. Other times I want to make a statement, so I’ll put on my larger pearl hoops or drop earrings. I’ve found that the beautiful white shell really does go with any and every outfit. Here are my four faves:

Huggies have been really popular since the multiple earrings trend made a comeback. I don’t have multiple piercings but I still love the look of small dainty hoops. I’ve been wear my Tess + Tricia pearl huggies with all different outfits since I got them this spring. They added a feminine touch to t-shirts and an understated touch of shimmer to dressier looks. If you do have multiple piercings, they work great paired together with smaller studs, too.

I used to wear pearl studs all the time in college. I went to school in Boston and thought the earrings were the perfect preppy accessory. These days, I like more unique variations of studs, like these Adronmonde pearl earrings. They have a cool architectural design, with just a small pearl detail. I find myself reaching for these the most when my hair is up or in a headband.

I’ve been wanting a large pearl statement earring for a while. But I hate when earrings are too heavy. I ordered Ettika’s double drop earrings after reading reviews that they were lightweight and couldn’t be happier with how they feel. They’ve become my go-to for summer nights out.

I ordered these pearl hoops from Amazon right before my recent trip to wear by the beach and pool. They’re only $10! They’re so incredibly lightweight that I was able to wear them from day to night in Miami. They don’t come with a backing, which I thought was a little odd. But I couldn’t complain because of the price. I just added an earring backing from my jewelry chest for a quick fix.
