Happy National Take Your Dog to Work Day! One of my favorite parts about working for myself is getting to spend time with my rescue pup, Bunny Bell. I often blog from home but often it’s nice to switch things up and work in the fresh air. So for today’s Friday Fave I’m taking you to one of my favorite spots to blog in West Hollywood: Alfred Coffee + Kitchen.
As you have probably noticed in my Week in the Life Of videos, every day is different as a fashion blogger. But when I’m not in meetings or at shoots, I find myself wearing the same uniform: denim on denim. There are so many ways you can style the trend. I usually go for dark jeans and a light chambray top. But I just got these Hudson braided jeans and had to wear them (side note: their crops are so perfect for petites). I matched them with a light jean shirt (on sale!) for an almost jumpsuit feel.
When I’m out and about I usually bring two pairs of shoes: ballet flats and heels. Keeping to the pastel theme I did my ballerina pink Tieks and fringe sandals to switch back and forth throughout the day. Another must? A pretty computer sleeve. I just got this Cuyana leather one and am obsessed!
