How to Wear a Cape

You’ve already seen how I styled my cape in New York and in the A-Z Trend Guide. Well here’s another way to wear it! I actually wore this outfit at fashion week but it was pouring that night so I didn’t get a chance to photograph it. I’ve been really into white jackets recently. They add a brightness to all black or denim. Here I combined three fall trends that are continuing over from summer: the cape blazer, the crop top and culottes. Since it’s still warmer in LA I can wear as is. But if it’s getting cold by you, try a long-sleeve top instead and add pointy boots under the cropped pants. I’ll admit, I haven’t tried that style yet but I loved it on the runway!
