I’ve been majorly crushing on Kate Beckinsale’s style. She was the final celebrity I was inspired by last year and she’s the first to kick off my Inspired By column in 2017. Kate just has this way of making even the simplest outfits look ultra glam.
Take this all-black ensemble, for example. By simply throwing a Burberry blanket scarf over black pants and adding Jimmy Choo pumps, Kate brought movie-star glamour to the streets. I went for a similar look by starting with all-black everything: a cozy cashmere sweater (now only $69!), comfy black skinny jeans and suede pumps (also on sale!). My blanket scarf not only elevated the look but also kept me extra cozy on what ended up being a very windy winter day.
