Sydne Style shows how to wear a striped shirtdress from day to nightI’ve been really into wearing dresses over pants recently. During fashion week I went from day to night in a ribbed set and also layered a shirtdress over suede leggings. Today I wanted to show a more springtime variation of the trend in stripes.

A striped shirtdress and skinny pants are the perfect combo for going from work to cocktails. For daytime, I belted my shirtdress to transform it into a tunic over my pants for a more conservative office outfit. Then for night, I simply unbuttoned the dress and let it drape as a lightweight jacket over the silk cami I own in every color. Speaking of draping, this was my first time trying the draped jacket off one shoulder styling I’ve been seeing on every celebrity recently. I’d love to hear your thoughts about the trend!
