Looking expensive doesn’t mean you have to spend a lot of money. There are a bunch of styling tricks to make any outfit look more polished. One way to achieve more luxe style is with accessories. I wanted to share three accessories I use to make my outfits look more expensive.
Silk Scarves
I’m thrilled scarves are majorly back on trend. By simply tying a scarf around your neck instead of a necklace, any outfit look more expensive. Neck scarves look great with button down shirts, off the shoulder tops and even t-shirts!
Structured Bags
If you can only buy one handbag right now I suggest a structured one. A structured bag looks more expensive than a slouchy bag. Plus they’re great for going from work into weekend. I love coral this season, so I went with a colorful structured bag. But you can also do a neutral for a classic handbag that will always be in style.
Belts with Gold Hardware
Belting an outfit makes it look more expensive, especially when the belt has gold hardware. My belt is vintage but there are tons of gold chain belts available right now. IΒ love that they double as jewelry. If you’re not into into chains, a belt with a gold buckle does the same trick.

That’s a gorgeous outfit and I love all the accessories, I’ve been meaning to buy a neck scarf for the longest time, I think it looks so chic and the structured bag is definitely my favourite type of bag, I’ve always thought they looked so good and more expensive than the slouchy bag.
