I’m super excited today because I’m going to the Rain Room. LACMA has an exhibit where you feel as though you’re walking through the rain and it’s been sold out forever. So I’m thrilled that I finally got tickets! You can follow along on snapchat {I’m @sydnesummer}.

Even though you don’t get wet in the art installation, it’s supposed to drizzle in LA next week and I know it’s been raining in other parts of the country so I wanted to put together some ideas for rainy day essentials. There are so many cute rain jackets right now whether you prefer a more classic waterproof trench or retro clear jacket. I still have my Burberry plaid rain boots from college but love these more subtle designs with cool hardware. And no rainy day wardrobe is complete without a cute umbrella! When I was in NY I fell in love with these portable ones but I also am obsessed with this cheeky clear umbrella.
