When I was a little girl I had a phase where I refused to wear anything but pink and purple. Even when I broke my arm I asked the doctor for a pink and purple stripe cast! While I still like both colors, the combination is definitely on the younger side. But there are ways to make pink and purple more sophisticated. One way is to combine softer blush shades with deeper wine hues.
I started with a blush knit off-the-shoulder top (now on sale!). While I originally bought it for jeans, it ended up matching these floral culottes perfectly. To lengthen my legs in the cropped pants I added a pointy toe pump. One big trend I love that’s continuing from last year is the faux fur pom. The fuzzy accent is a great way to inject a playful touch into any outfit. I attached a pink one to my burgundy satchel.
