No matter how much I sleep, I seem to have dark circles under my eyes. So over the years, I’ve tested countless ways to get rid of my bags… or at least conceal them! Today I wanted to share 6 beauty products I use to help hide dark under eye circles:
Eye Patches
If you follow me on Insta Stories, you’ll often see me applying eye patches before my shoots. When I have time I’ll wear them at home, but I’ll often drive with them if I have to go a far distance. My friend Jeannine recommended Talika eye patches three years ago and I’ve been hooked ever since! My favorite feature is you can reuse each patch up to four times.
Eye Creams
I’m constantly trying out new eye creams. Currently, I have three favorites that I use for different reasons:
{De-puffing} Mary Kay Indulge Soothing Eye Gel
I keep this gel in the fridge and use it in the morning if I’ve had little sleep or am feeling dehydrated. It instantly cools and helps get rid off puffiness.
{Correcting} Lancôme Visionnaire Yeux Advanced Multi-Correcting Eye Balm
This is a great eye cream to use before applying makeup. It blurs imperfections like fine lines, making it easier to blend concealer.
{Moisturizing} Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye
I’ve been using the eye cream every night to help combat wrinkles. It’s rich without feeling too heavy.
Concealers
This is another product I’m constantly testing. Right now I’m obsessing over color correctors. Urban Decay has a line color correcting fluids that target different problems. I was an art minor so I find it kind of fun to play around with the color wheel. For example, to combat blue dark circles you want to layer with orange. I used the new dark peach but if you have very fair skin there’s a lighter peach as well. For redness, you do green. And for more purple tones, you contrast with a yellow color corrector.
Be forewarned: it looks very weird when you only have the color corrector on! After I blend it in with my beautyblender, I’ll add a concealer that matches my actual skin tone. I’ve been using By Terry Touch Expert Advanced for years because it’s super creamy and is on the lighter side, so it doesn’t cake.
As for feeling awake? That’s where my daily latte comes in! I hope you guys are enjoying my new weekly beauty posts. If you have any questions I’d love to hear what topics you want to see more of!

Black circles under the eyes are primarily your health. They need to be masked not with cosmetics, but with vitamins and change the daily routine. Cosmetics are needed in order to emphasize their dignity. I have been on the side of organic products for a long time, you can find more about it here https://www.cleanmakeupblog.com/
