You’ve already gotten a peek inside my home in my closet tour and Petite & Tall videos. Well now you get to see more! The Everygirl popped over to shoot some photos and we chatted inspiration, fashion and Sex and the City. Here are some of my fave shots from the shoot.

I’m always looking for ways to store my jewelry. One way I came up with was candle holders. I stack cuffs so I can easily grab them as I’m getting ready. I also drape my favorite statement necklace over my vanity table for fashionable but functional décor. I also bought a hanging jewelry organizer, which I leave open to display all the sparkles inside.

I painted all the paintings in my apartment. Yes, I dabble in oil paints in the little free time I have. But I also have sentimental photographs around my home. This one of my dog Bunny Bell was a Christmas present from an old friend. It’s based on the color scheme of my apartment. Another random fact about me? Yellow tulips are my all-time favorite flower. I always try to have them in my house when they’re in season. You’ll also see pops of the sunny color around my house, like on my new Lulu & Georgia pillows.

I’m a bit of a minimalist when it comes to décor. I have so many clothes I don’t need any more clutter! But my friend Kelly Golightly once insisted I need decorative objects. And you always listen to Kelly’s decorating advice. I like unique pieces, like this frog magnifying glass I placed on my C Wonder tray.

I have quite the shoe obsession. To keep things organized, I arrange everything by color. It’s easier to find what you’re looking for!
